Giving Up Smoking

Giving up Smoking for Good!

In the past, smoking was considered "smart" and "fun." Now, years later, studies have shown that smoking is a dangerous addiction. Smoking has many harmful effects, including heart and lung disease, and even death. What makes it even worse is that smoking affects not only the person who smokes, but those around them as well.

Although some people still consider smoking as "smart" and "fun," 70% of people who smoke have tried to quit. In fact, more people are trying to quit than ever. If you are one of the millions who have tried to quit, or have thought about quitting, or know someone who wants to quit smoking, please read on! Our goal with these pages is to help you with "Giving up Smoking" - for good!!!
